Project Wellness Foundation provides funding for the healthcare (medical and dental) and prescription drug costs of
children. The Project Wellness Foundation healthcare assistance client base will include children of low-income families who
do not have health insurance and cannot afford to pay for healthcare and medication costs. Project Wellness Foundation is raising
funds by soliciting donations from individuals, businesses, and other charitable organizations, as well as by fundraising and grant
writing activities. All healthcare assistance monies are paid directly to a designated healthcare provider (doctor,
dentist, clinic, hospital, etc.) or pharmacy. Sorry, we do not offer reimbursement programs at this time.
